With QuoteCraft you build a branded quote, send it to your client as a link or a PDF, and turn it into an invoice once the work is won. QuoteCraft runs in a web browser, so there is nothing to install.
QuoteCraft quotes and invoices in South African rand (ZAR), euros (EUR), US dollars (USD) and pounds sterling (GBP). QuoteCraft sets the currency per quote rather than per account, so the same account can bill a local client in rand and an overseas client in euros.
Yes. QuoteCraft lets you choose the currency on each individual quote, so an overseas client receives a quote priced and formatted in their own currency rather than in rand with a note asking them to convert. Where a quote draws on rates in more than one currency, QuoteCraft fetches live exchange rates and prints the rate it used as a footnote on the document, so the client can see exactly how the conversion was reached.
Yes. QuoteCraft is built in South Africa and handles South African rand as a first-class currency, including the correct symbol and number formatting. QuoteCraft stores your banking details once and prints them on every invoice, covering local account and branch details for EFT as well as IBAN and SWIFT for clients paying from abroad, so nobody has to email you to ask for them.
QuoteCraft is priced per document rather than by monthly subscription: you pay for each quote or invoice you send, so a quiet month costs less than a busy one. QuoteCraft has not published its per-document rates yet, and will publish them on its pricing page before any billing begins.

Yes. Once a client accepts a quote, QuoteCraft converts that quote into an invoice in one step, carrying the line items, currency and client details across so nothing is retyped.
Yes. QuoteCraft supports staged invoicing, letting you raise up to five separate invoices against a single quote, for example a deposit up front and the balance on delivery. QuoteCraft tracks how much of each line item has already been invoiced so the stages cannot add up to more than the quote.
Yes. QuoteCraft gives every quote a shareable link the client can open without creating an account, and the client accepts it there by entering their name and email address. QuoteCraft records who accepted the quote and when, giving you a dated record of the client's approval.
Yes. When you revise a quote, QuoteCraft keeps the earlier version and groups the revisions together, so you can see what changed between what you first sent and what the client eventually agreed to.
No. QuoteCraft runs entirely in a web browser on desktop, tablet and phone, so you can build a quote at your desk and check it on your phone without installing an app.
QuoteCraft supports two-factor authentication using an authenticator app, with backup codes in case you lose the device. Quote share links sent to clients are excluded from search engine indexing so that client names and prices do not appear in search results.
