QuoteCraft pricing
QuoteCraft is priced per document. You pay for each quote or invoice you send, rather than paying a fixed monthly subscription for access. Send two quotes in a month and you pay for two quotes.
| What | How QuoteCraft charges |
|---|---|

| Sending an invoice | Charged per invoice sent |
| Drafting a quote you never send | Not charged |
| Saved rates, clients and quote history | Not charged |

| Monthly access fee | None |
Why QuoteCraft is not a monthly subscription
Freelance work is uneven. Some months carry four jobs and some carry none, and a subscription priced for a busy month is poor value in a quiet one. Charging per document sent means QuoteCraft costs you close to nothing in a slow month and scales up only when you are actually winning work.
It also means there is no seat licence to think about. Bringing someone else into your business in QuoteCraft does not raise a recurring bill, so you are not deciding whether a colleague is worth another monthly fee.
Rates are not published yet
QuoteCraft has not set its per-document rates yet, so there are no figures on this page to quote you. The rates will be published here before any billing starts, and accounts that exist by then will get notice before anything is charged. I would rather leave this page without numbers than put up numbers I might have to walk back.
